However, if you've been on social media this year, you've definitely seen that customers lined up up outside TJ's ahead of the store's opening to snag the $3 mini canvas tote bags. While these mini bags are basically sold out at almost every location imaginable, it seems as if a new Trader Joe's mini insulated bag offering is on its way. Trader Joe's fan account @traderjoseobsessed, previously shared that Trader Joe's mini insulated bag is arriving in May. Today, the page notes that the new drop date is June 3.
Their post explains that there is a delay so that they can manufacture more bags. The pictures reveal two colors in a hot pink with a yellow interior and a teal offering.
How much will it cost?
As of now, it seems as if these small insulated totes will cost $3.99 each. Additionally, it is not known if Trader Joe's will impose a limit based on the popularity of their mini canvas totes.
What is the exact size of the bag?
While the exact dimensions were not shared by @traderjoesobsessed, you can rest assured it'll be significantly smaller than the previously offered large insulated bags. Those clock in at about 18” x 7” x 13” with the capacity to hold up to 8 pounds of groceries.
